How does the XRT new dealer sign-up process work?
• Candidates express their interest by completing and submitting an XRT Prospective Dealer Questionnaire or by requesting an appointment with one of our representatives.
• A Club Car representative will contact the candidate by phone or e-mail to arrange a convenient time to visit the prospective dealer’s location.
• After a Prospective Dealer Questionnaire has been received and processed, a Club Car representative will provide a demonstration of the XRT family of products.
• Ideally, the prospective dealer will also arrange a visit to Club Car’s facilities.
• In addition to completing an XRT New Dealer Application, the candidate will provide the following:
- Completed Prospective Dealer Questionnaire (if not previously completed)
- Business Plan
- Supporting documents like financial statements, tax returns, letters of incorporation, etc.
• Final approval is typically given within 2 to 6 weeks after Club Car’s receipt of all required materials
